Code of Conduct Race Regulations The Story	It is currently: Chilly, the air is brisk, dry but mild. Jacket weather plagues the land, chilling people to the bone in the early morning yet calmly warming them up with comfortable sunshine in the afternnon. Rain is seldom due to the lack of humidaty but every now and then, a light sprinkling will dampen the air and drench the land in a small bit of warmth but it doesn't usually last long. The leaves have turned bright shades of the most brilliant oranges and reds, some fluttering to the ground lightly and beginning to litter the forest and lawns. The City
	The Office District The most obvious and well-kept area of the city, the Office District is just what it sounds like. Tall skyscrapers tower miles above everyone else, highlighting the importance of the businesses run within. It's a grand place to seek employment, since everything from radio stations to engineering facilities to fashon design hubs occurs within the buildings here. 	Cafe Cyboria A popular meeting place, this cyber cafe is the place to find information, meet people and generally just hang out. The shopping district is right next door so it's a common place for friends to eat after a long day out. More importantly, the free computer access draws in less fortunate creatures from all over to use the precious devices. Open 24/7. 	The Roja Shopping District Full of stores, shops and fast-food restaurants, Roja is truly a one stop sort of experience. It truly spans a relatively large area, with plenty of aleeys and side streets in which one may perchace anything from drugs to designer clothing. 	The Crypt The darkest little spot in the city, The Crypt. It's a popular night club, focussing on gothic dangerous themes and people. The music is loud, usually heavy metal , the dance floor dark and the bar on the far side even darker. Watch yourself in here... Moderator: Constantine	0	0
	Calle Street A lavish, almost perfect neighborhood littered with cute little houses and homes, varying from smallish, one story buildings to marvelous victorian-style private homes. Most of the city's population resides here. Moderator: Constantine	0	0
	Rujo Park Just a small fenced-in area of grass and trees. It's a relaxing sort of place, despite the bustling city around it. The scenery is calm, the river beside it peaceful. 	Flujo A relatively large waterway that marks the valley's diameter, consequently snaking its way through the populated city. Numorous bridges make it possible to cross at several points, either by car or on foot. Ferals of course, may swim if they desire, since there is almost no current... Moderator: Constantine	0	0
	The Industrial District A massive area of factories and power plants and the like. Though far from normal houses, it is literally right next door to the Atraso Slums, since most of the Atraso scum that live in the slums work in and tolerate the horrid conditions of the factories here. 	Atraso Slums A dirty dank area, full of disease, famine and poverty. The streets are covered in cracks and potholes, the sidewalks littered with dead bodies and garbage. The Outskirts
	Honrado A series of large concrete buildings surrouned by barbed wire fence, the government tells the public this is a prison facility. It isn't. The atraso know this is the most violent, torturous atraso concentration/labor camp in the country. The sickest most twisted experiments are conducted here and no one is the wiser to it... 	Winding Hills Private Homes A collection of spread out houses and homes ranging in price and detail. Some are lavish country homes, others are run-of-the-mill houses and huts. Just a place poeple can live when and if they want to get away from the city and the havoc within. Moderator: Constantine	0	0
	Country Farms Way on the outskirts of the city, the open fields and flat expanses are littered with farm houses, horses and cattle. Those that want to, often buy the vacant farms here to live in, others will work here for any farmers that need an extra hand. it's a profitable business. Moderator: Constantine	0	0
The Wilderness
	Butterfly Fields A wide open expanse of cheerful grasslands and happy wildflowers. Many farmers on the outskirts leave their cattle to graze here. As such, many opportunistic ferals reside in the sunny area, snagging prey from the humans on the outskirts not far away. Moderator: Constantine	0	0
	Dog Wood Taking up most of the wilderness, this heavy collection of trees was titled for a rather grim reason. the dog that started the Doleo craze emerged from these depths. So humans mostly steer clear. However, it is currently a peaceful place, with many places to hunt and fish and generally, go wild. Moderator: Constantine	0	0
	The Grim The natural boundry between the peaceful Dog Wood and the Dark forest, a massive river flows along the mountain chain. Within it, fish dance and gleam. Below it, in the soft rocks of the bottom, Doleo lies in wait. It is thought the water in this river gave the dog the Doleo virus, hence the nasty title given to the sparkling waters. But the animals cannot get Doleo and have no issue with the river... Moderator: Constantine	0	0
	The Dark Forest Thicker than the dog forest, a large cluster of trees huddles in a nook at the base of the mighty mountains. Constantly cast in the dark shadow of the Opals, this area of woodland is dark, mysterious and secretive. Humans best not wander here for many ferals that dwell in these shadows mean them much harm. 	Opal Peeks A massive mountain chain circles the whole valley, encasing the trees, the houses, the hospitals and schools. It all lies in the mighty shadow of the snow capped Opal Peeks. Moderator: Constantine	0	0
